All tubers are guaranteed to have an eye.

All tubers are of growing quality, though some may be visually B-grade. This is how we’re able to offer them at a great value.

If you have any concerns with your tubers, please email us directly within 7 days, after which all responsibility shifts to the purchaser.

Tubers will be labeled by variety. Because these are mystery bags, we do not offer a label accuracy guarantee. That said, all tubers come from our personal stock, and we take care to label them accurately, though occasional mistakes can happen.

Tubers ship via USPS in early to mid-April, and USPS is solely responsible for any delays, damage, or loss. Local pickup is available from our Flower Stand in April; 4/18 and 4/19 from 10am to dusk. Failure to pick up or damage to tubers due to late pickup is the buyer's responsibility.

We do not test our dahlias for viruses, but we take every effort to maintain clean stock through regular visual checks, culling any suspect plants, and sanitizing tools. Because many outside factors can affect a plant once it’s planted, we cannot offer refunds for virus-related issues, and buyers assume the standard industry risk of dormant dahlia viruses.
